Dr. Lee is a sports medicine physician who treats adult and pediatric patients and specializes in the evaluation, diagnosis, and non-surgical treatment of the following areas:
Concussions
Shoulder
Elbow
Hand and wrist
Hip
Knee
Foot and ankle
Neck and low back
Arthritis and joint injuries/conditions
Tendon/ligament injuries/conditions
Nerve entrapments including carpal tunnel syndrome, sciatica, etc.
In addition, he performs ultrasound guided procedures and injections, including corticosteroid, viscosupplementation, etc. Dr. Lee has special interests in orthobiologic/regenerative medicine procedures including platelet rich plasma (PRP), bone marrow aspiration concentrate (BMAC), and microfragmented adipose tissue (MFAT). He also performs interventional spine procedures for the neck and low back including epidural steroid injections, sacroilac joint injections, facet joint injections, radiofrequency ablation, etc.
Dr. Lee is also a team physician for numerous organizations, including USA hockey, multiple local high schools, etc. He previously was a team physician for the University of Michigan and Eastern Michigan University, along with a physician for multiple Minnesota State High School League state tournaments including boys hockey. Dr. Lee is a member of multiple medical organizations including the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine (AMSSM), American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), Interventional Pain & Spine Intervention Society (IPSIS), etc.
In his free time, Dr. Lee likes to stay active and busy enjoying life. He enjoys spending time with his family including three daughters and friends. Dr. Lee also enjoys attending sporting events and concerts along with dining out at the great restaurants in the area. In addition, he enjoys golfing and lifting weights.
